Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRONSAGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Dispute resolution & governing law

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@ironsage.xyz to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IronSage regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Third-Party Services: The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Health Connect, Bluetooth devices). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
